Schering-Plough's partnership efforts are led by our Global Licensing & Strategic Alliances group, which is comprised of three teams: Search and Evaluation; Engagement and Negotiation; and Alliance Management. This structure reflects the distinct skill sets needed to operate efficiently and quickly in the pharmaceutical licensing marketplace. |
