The Foundation's interest in improving the health
and well-being of our communities remains a top priority and is
reflected in the numerous initiatives that have been developed to
benefit these communities. We invest in the future of our communities
by building meaningful partnerships that enhance the quality of
life. Currently, the Foundation is involved in several partnerships
that seek to expand the quality and availability of health care
in our underserved communities.

Hundreds of Schering-Plough U.S. colleagues volunteered as part of the 2007 Community Projects Day. Colleagues rolled up their sleeves to paint rooms, renovate landscaping, entertain the elderly, deliver meals to the homebound, sort clothing and food donations, read to young children and many other tasks.
